I've been putting potty training off because I'm scared (not Ava, me). She has been showing signs of being ready for a couple months but I've been dragging my feet cause its a lot of responsibility. I've just barely gotten used to leaving the house with two kids let alone remembering to have one of them go potty before we step out the door. I decided Tuesday that Wednesday was going to be the day. Then I woke up Wednesday and realized I had a dentist appointment that day and would not be able to run Ava to the bathroom every half hour. Sooo...Thursday is the day! She did start the chart on Wednesday though. One sticker for sitting on the pot and trying. Two for pee and three for poo!
It's 11:23 and we are doing great. She's peed twice and no accidents yet. It's probably like this every first day. Then the second day comes and you actually have to leave the house...scary!
All I can say is that "We are doing it"!
