This is Ava and Zachary! And I do believe Zachary (aka Beanpod) is catching up to Ava size wise!

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Family favorite! I usually double the sauce so I have enough to put on veggies! Next time I make it I'll take a pic and post it!

Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 up chicken broth
1 tsp soy sauce
*Mix all these ingredients together!

Cut 3 lbs of boneless chicken breast into tender slices, dip into beaten egg and then throw in zip-lock with flour in it. Once all the chicken is in the bag springlke more flour on the top, seal and shake so chicken is coated with flour. Brown chicken tenders in skillet with oil (don't cook too long). Place them all in 9x13 pan, cover with sauce and cook for 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Service with rice and fried veggies (sliced tomato and pineapple are a yummy touch to the veggies).

She got her car

One of Kensie's goals in coming to live with Cameron and I was to save up and buy a car. Through her saving and Cameron and Kevin's hard work they made it happen. It got here late in the day so the pictures are a little dark, but I still think you are able to see her excitement! Congrats Kensie!

We went to a really good Taco Stand in Seattle for our romantic dinner on Saturday (LDS Valentines). It was a little cold to eat under the awning they had so we brought it back to home sweet home!

My burrito was sooo good! The grease that dripped from it down into the aluminum foil might have had something to do with that.
