Tess and Sloane!
Recently people have been asking me about their personalities, more specifically their differences. This is what I have come to notice. Sloan is very matter-of-fact if she's happy she will show you that she is happy. If she is sad or hungry she will show you that she is sad or hungry. Sloan also has a great sense of humor. It is tough to explain how she has a great sense of humor because she is a baby and she doesn't talk, but she has a great sense of humor.
Test Marie is a ray of sunshine. She could be mid cry and she will make eye contact with you and she will start to smile. Whatever the mood she is always willing to smile at you. Please take into consideration that I am their mother and probably bring them the most joy out of any person on the planet right now at this time in their lives. So all these reactions in their personalities might be a little biased.
Both of these girls have started to sit up on their own. They will have moments where they lose balance and topple over. But overall they are getting pretty good at it.
These cute girls still hold hands when they nurse and are just sooo much fun.
Sloan is still a master at the tummy time and is even moving around. Just today I watched her circle around all while on her belly.
We started and stopped solids this month. Tess was soo good. She loved avocado, banana and a little oatmeal cereal. Neither of them like anything right now.
Sloane likes to leave her mouth hanging open till whatever was in it falls out.
Sloane had stranger danger a few months back and now Tess has it. She is ok if mom or dad is holding her but anyone else and she cries. Sloane thinks everyone is very exciting so hopefully it's just a phase for Tess and it will come and go.
Sloane loves loves loves Ava. Ava will pretend to eat her belly and Sloane just giggles and smiles. It's such a treat to watch.
Tess loves to dance still and it's so funny to watch her kick her feet or wiggle her little body to any sort of tune. Her hair continues to grow and is over two inches in places.
