Ava did her first 5k this morning! While it was a little colder then I would like it went very well and we are both feeling really good! A major plus was that silt did not rain...yeahhh!
Our goal was under 30 min, though this might not be realistic you still need a goal! Times are not posted yet. Maybe I'll let you know how we did when they are!
