Natalie & KathyWhen I worked in the California schools if there was a hint of a drop of rain they had indoor recess. Now let me tell you about Washington. Everyone in this state is part fish because a little bit of water is no big deal. Not even a little bit of water, it does not matter what stage of the water cycle it is in gas, liquid or solid! No, Washington does not have indoor recess! Oh and yes, there is more then one kid out playing it's just hard to see through all the snowflakes. We did have a little bit of fun playing in the snow though!
