Lake Chelan (trip II)

Cameron called me from work and said "lets go meet up with the Beans at Lake Chelan tonight." So...I got things packed up and when he got home we headed out! Here are a few pictures of the drive and of our trip!

EMP in Seattle

I went to the Experience Music Project in Seattle on the first Thursday of the month (because that's when it's free). Cameron actually went with his work to see the exhibit of Jim Henson's Fantastic World, plus he was sick so I went with our friends the Nylands, Marin and family! The exhibit had actually reached it maximum capacity before we got there but we hung out and saw a few other things and then after a bit enough people had left that we could go in and see the Jim Henson's exhibit (no pics of that -not allowed).

Closest I've been to the space needle. You can see the edge of the EMP building there to the right. It's super crazy looking. Sorry I did not get a picture of it. The building is actually supposed to look like a smashed guitar.

August 1st - Birthday and Seafair

Today was Daniel Shane's 3rd Birthday. We went over to his Grandma & Grandpa Shane's to Party!

Here the boys are putting the birthday bike together! I feel the background is very appropriate. What can I say boys love their wheels whether they have 2 with training wheels or they are Italian. Here we are watching my first Seafair! The Blue Angels were so cool. This was my first time seeing them.

We went camping this weekend with our friends the Nylands and McDonnel. Cascade Park was a blast! (I took the pictures with my iPhone and it was a little too dark for that)

Lake Chelan

Cameron and I had a lovely weekend with the Beans and Campbells at Lake Chelan! Sorry there are no group shots. I'm not sure where the camera was when we were playing all the card games. We drove up Friday after work with Tim, Rose and Trooper and came home early today before church!

The Beans are amazing hosts. Thanks for a great weekend!

I got a cover for my iPhone so I won't get it all dirty! What do you think? I love it cause it's fabric and easy to hold on to. I'm also wearing my new glasses. I'm sorry but I hate getting new glasses. I've already had to go in 3 times to get them adjusted. I'm actually letting my ears heal a bit before I try them again. Any suggestions on getting them to fit right?

My best friend Amanda takes the best pictures. We (Peanut and I) got the opportunity to model for her, so here are a few of the shots. Is she not out of this world amazing? Kensie, my sister who just received her cosmetology license, did my hair. I feel so lucky to be around such talented people.
